Is it possible to get stuck in hypnosis?

No. Think of hypnosis as being similar to daydreaming. I’m fairly confident in saying that no one has ever got stuck in a daydream they couldn’t get out of!

No, definitely not. You are always in control during our sessions. You cannot be made to do anything that you are not completely happy doing, nor to say something you are not completely happy to reveal.
